ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Getting admission in a medical university in Ukraine is very easy. The applicants are not required to take any exam like TOEFL or IELTS. For admission in MBBS in Ukraine, the student must fulfil the following criteria:

Eligibility: H.S.C Science with the applicant must secure 50% marks in their 12th standard from Science stream (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in CBSE / ISC or any other Equivalent Board of Examination. The applicant should be min. the age of 17 years.
Duration : 5.8 Years
Intake : Sep 1st week
Holidays : July & August

THE PROCESSING TIME:

Usually decision on a visa application is made within a period of 10-30 calendar days excluding day of submission.

VISA APPLICATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
  • Passport:A valid passport which expires in no less than 06 months after expiry of the intended date of departure. Passport must have at least two blank pages.
  • Visa Application Form:An electronic form duly completed visa application form signed with date.
  • Photo Specification:One photos (size 35mm x 45mm) must be taken in last 6 months and it should be on white background.
  • Covering-Letter:Covering letter mentioning details of applicants, passport details, travel details and who will bear expenses details.
  • Confirmation of Enrolment:Letter of acceptance where you intend to study.
  • Tuition Fees Payment Receipt: A payment receipt is a proof of payment that you have made payment to the institution.
  • Academic Documents: All academic documents.
  • Financials Means:Proof of financial means to cover the costs for the time of your studies.
  • Health Certificate:A copy of health certificate from Ukraine authorized doctor.
  • Birth Certificate:An original copy of Birth Registration Certificate.
  • Police Clearance:An original copy of Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Accommodation Details:Once you have confirmed where you will be studying, you must need to show accommodation details.
WHEN, WHEN & HOW TO APPLY

When: As there is no embassy of Ukraine or Consulate in Bangladesh, so that documents must be submitted to the nearest Embassy of Ukraine or Ukraine Visa Application Center in New Delhi, India.

The following basic documents are needed for receiving a student visa:

  • Study Invitation from an Educational institution from Ukraine.
  • Tuition Fee Payment Receipt.
  • Accommodation Details.
  • Ukraine Student Visa Fee: BTK-14,995

However, the list of required documents can be extended in some consulates or embassies. Therefore, it is strongly recommended before submission to a consulate to clarify with them the list of the required documents. Application for a Study Permit Visa should be submitted 2 Months prior to commencement of study.
